Stan Thomas

A proven automotive serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years’ experience in the automotive industry, Stan’ business philosophy is to “back into profit.”

As co-founder and managing principal Stan has worked with countless clients nationwide. Due to his consulting prowess, Stan was recently named CEO of GoGoCar, an innovative, market-defining online automotive portal designed with both the consumer & dealer in mind.

Career achievements include acquiring and selling DealerUps CRM and serving as its CEO as well as being named the General Manger of CRM for DealerTrack. Stan founded and sold DMSConnect. Became a partner in eCarlist which was acquired by DealerTrack, a publicly traded company. He also served as the National Director of Sales JMFamily and was the Business Development and Internet Director for over 40 dealerships.

Todd Smith

Todd is Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of ActivEngage, the automotive industry’s premier live chat service provider. He has over 24 years of successful automotive retail and vendor experience, including being the Dealer Principal of a successful Chevrolet dealership. Todd is an accomplished serial entrepreneur and speaker with a deep rooted passion in mobile connectivity, behavioral marketing and the digital sales process. He currently works with automotive manufacturers and dealerships globally to create the future of automotive digital commerce.

Ted Rubin

Ted is the Co-founder and President of ActivEngage. He is a leading expert on Operations Management, Internet process deployment, and technology development and utilization in the automotive industry. Ted has more than 20 years in the automotive industry, and has held virtually every position available in both dealership sales and service departments. In 2000, Ted co-founded one of the leading CRM companies in the automotive industry, which was gainfully sold to JM Family Enterprises six years later. Ted has worked with many recognized manufacturers and automotive companies to develop sales strategies, business development processes and effective training. These include: Toyota Motor Sales, Volkswagen, Renault, Southeast Toyota and Reynolds & Reynolds, as well as hundreds of individual dealerships.

Antony Satyadas

Antony is the CEO, Managing Partner and Co-founder of Innovation Incubator Inc, a fast growing startup serving investors and entrepreneurs to create and grow large market cap portfolio of companies in automotive, real estate, smart cities, healthcare, and cognitive computing. His expertise is in transforming businesses and creating new markets using Cognitive/Predictive analytics, CAMS and Digital Experience. He is accountable as the CTO of GoGoCar for its technical strategy and delivery. He has 30 years of IT solution advisory, software business management and marketing leadership experience in Fortune 100 and startups.

Michael O'Malley

With over fifteen years of expertise building and executing complex marketing tactics and optimizing overall profit margins, Michael O’Malley is a leading expert in digital and traditional marketing. His strong interpersonal skills have empowered him to foster exceptional partnerships with major brands, including AT&T, WebMD, and leading pharmaceutical companies throughout the course of his career. Michael co-founded Elevation Agency where he provides marketing consulting to businesses by helping them optimize their marketing efforts and connecting them with the right customers.

George Nenni

With three decades of IT and automotive experience, George Nenni educates the automotive industry about emerging technology by writing, speaking and sharing his vision for how dealers can maintain a competitive edge. George has spent countless hours over his automotive career with dealers training them in-store on software platforms, applications, and with adoption of new technologies. He not only trains on software implementation and usage, but also consistency in platform-level process and associated accountability

As the first employee hired by Dealer Specialties back in 1993, George was a pioneer in building a nationwide organization for capturing and syndicating vehicle content and imagery. He has spoken at numerous automotive conferences including Digital Dealer, JD Power Roundtable, and is a regular contributor to major automotive publications.

George began his automotive career with Dealer Specialties in 1993, and remained with the company after acquisition by Dominion Dealer Solutions. He grew to not only oversee Dealer Specialties sales and operations, but also overall automotive operations. Today he consults with Dominion on special projects. George graduated from the business school at Miami University (Oxford, Ohio).

Tara Dobbin

Tara actively collaborates with clients to communicate the best strategy to fit their business development needs. Understanding of the business, growth goals and opportunities of T3 Clients. Collaborates with them to promote new products or services and define structural issues tapping into business development opportunities and maintaining effective client relationships. She tasked with solving complex organizational and execution problems through a structured approach.

Desiree Luna

Desiree’s integral role in building, maintaining, and enhancing our client relationships serves as the liaison between our clients and partners of T3 Consulting Group. Understanding the needs of our clients, Desiree manages client accounts and is responsible for the onboarding of new clients and communicating their needs to the rest of the T3 team. Desiree travels to client locations to build strong relationships and represents T3 Consulting Group and our clients at tradeshows and conferences. creating presentations, business proposals, and scaling models for T3 Consulting Group and our existing clients.
